Client Guidelines – Bella Construction LLC

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience during your remodeling or construction project, please review the guidelines below.

1. Project Scheduling & Workflow

  • Projects are executed in phases such as demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing.
  • Arrival times may vary depending on previous job stages and material logistics.
  • Any changes to the scope of work may affect the project timeline.

2. Preparing Your Home

  • Please remove furniture, décor, appliances, and fragile items from the work area.
  • Clear access to entrances, hallways, and the designated workspace.
  • If needed, Bella Construction can assist with preparation upon request.

3. Access & Safety

  • Define how our team will access the property (homeowner present, lockbox, security code).
  • Keep children and pets away from active construction areas at all times.
  • Please avoid interacting with tools, materials, or equipment on-site.

4. Dust, Noise & Site Conditions

  • Construction naturally involves dust, noise, and material movement.
  • Dust barriers or floor protection may be installed depending on the project.
  • You may experience temporary noise from saws, drills, and other equipment.

5. Materials, Deliveries & Inspections

  • Some materials may require lead time depending on supplier availability.
  • Material deliveries may require driveway access or temporary space.
  • City or county inspections may be required for certain phases of the project.

6. Change Orders

  • Any modification after work begins must be approved as a documented change order.
  • Additional items or adjustments will be priced before execution.
  • Unauthorized verbal changes or requests will not be added to the project.

7. Quality Assurance & Final Walk-Through

  • Upon completion, a final walk-through will be conducted with you.
  • Any adjustments needed will be addressed according to Bella Construction’s service and warranty standards.
  • Your feedback ensures we maintain our commitment to high-quality workmanship.

8. Communication

  • Your project manager is your main point of contact throughout the project.
  • Please reach out at any time if you have questions, concerns, or new ideas.
